Can't access your account? Here's how to troubleshoot login problems.

Double-check spelling and try the email you used to sign up. If you used Google Sign-In, use that option instead of email/password. Still stuck? Contact support with your name and approximate signup date.

After 5 failed login attempts, accounts are temporarily locked for security. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or use the password reset option to unlock immediately.

Clear browser cookies and cache, check that you're using the Google account you signed up with, disable popup blockers, and try a different browser.

β†’Session Expired Messages

You're automatically logged out after 30 days of inactivity or if you log in on another device. Simply log in again to continue.
