→Forgot Password

• •Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
• •Enter your email address
• •Check email for reset link (check spam folder)
• •Create a new password

→Email Not Recognized

Double-check spelling and try the email you used to sign up. If you used Google Sign-In, use that option instead of email/password. Still stuck? Contact support with your name and approximate signup date.

→Account Locked

After 5 failed login attempts, accounts are temporarily locked for security. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or use the password reset option to unlock immediately.

→Google Sign-In Not Working

Clear browser cookies and cache, check that you're using the Google account you signed up with, disable popup blockers, and try a different browser.

→Session Expired Messages

You're automatically logged out after 30 days of inactivity or if you log in on another device. Simply log in again to continue.
