PrepCoach is an AI-powered interview practice platform that provides:

• Role-specific interview questions and practice sessions
• AI-generated feedback on interview responses
• Audio recording and transcription services
• Resume building and optimization tools
• LinkedIn profile optimization
• Career planning and salary negotiation guidance

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans

PrepCoach offers different subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Enterprise, Lifetime):

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or as specified
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Share your account with others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content (text, graphics, logos, software) are owned by PrepCoach and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of content you create (resumes, interview responses), but grant us license to use it to provide the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) to generate feedback and suggestions. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content is provided "as is"
• We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content
• AI feedback is for educational purposes only

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Job placement or interview success
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of AI-generated content
• Specific results or outcomes

10. Limitation of Liability

PrepCoach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
